AI Notes for Real Estate Agents
How to Summarize Client Home Showings
Real estate agents often juggle multiple clients and properties. During home showings, it is crucial to capture detailed and accurate information about each client's preferences and feedback. Good note-taking ensures you can tailor future property suggestions to their needs and provide a personalized experience that helps close deals efficiently. Structured notes also enable seamless follow-up communication.
But what should you include in your meeting notes? We have compiled a list of key points to include in your meeting notes.
