- Presenting concerns:What primary issues or concerns did the client express during the consultation?
- Goals and objectives:What goals does the client hope to achieve through therapy?

- Previous interventions:Has the client mentioned any previous therapeutic interventions or treatments, and what were their outcomes?
- Current stressors:What current life stressors or events are impacting the client's well-being?
- Support systems:Who are identified as part of the client's support system (e.g., family, friends)?
- Therapist observations:Did the therapist note any specific observations about the client's behavior or demeanor during this session?

- Navigate to Settings > Meeting Templates and tap the + button.
- Copy/paste one of our templates and/or customize your own. Tap Save.
- Start your first recording and choose your new template any time during the call.
